TransACT Communications acquires Cayen Systems
Seattle, WA – TransACT Communications, LLC (“TransACT”), a leading K-12 software compliance provider, today announced that the company has completed its acquisition of Cayen Systems, Inc. (“Cayen Systems”), to expand its K-12 compliance solutions offering to address the needs of afterschool programs and charter schools.
Grounded with a deep experience and expertise in ESEA (NCLB/ESSA) compliance leadership and K-12 education services, TransACT provides thousands of K-12 organizations with software and knowledge to efficiently manage federal and state-level compliance, communication, and operations. The acquisition of Cayen Systems expands TransACT’s core K-12 compliance offering and enables the company to further address the growing compliance needs of today’s school administrators.
“We are excited to welcome Cayen Systems to the TransACT family, and believe that the combination of our Parent Notices Collection and Cayen System’s afterschool compliance solutions will make it easier for school administrators to want to partner with TransACT as we can service a growing number of their K-12 compliance needs,” Alex Jarzebowicz, TransACT’s CEO, said. “We believe the combination of our two platforms will continue to ensure TransACT leads the field in K-12 compliance and parent engagement.”
Cayen Systems will continue to expand its product offering and continue to provide the best in-class afterschool and charter school compliance solutions for its customers. TransACT plans to keep the Cayen Systems team and brand intact and Joe Cayen, Cayen Systems founder and CEO, will continue to oversee operations.
“We have strived to provide our K-12 partners with the highest quality products and services for two decades, and that quality will only be enhanced by partnering with TransACT,” Joe Cayen said. “We continue to offer our core product suite, but now we have the advantage of being able to provide it alongside of a wider array of compliance solutions that TransACT has been perfecting since 1994.”
