Cerenade Recapitalized by Private Investor Group
Los Angeles, CA – Multimedia Abacus Corporation d/b/a Cerenade (“Cerenade”), a leading immigration compliance software provider, today announced that the company has been recapitalized by a private investor group, in a transaction that will provide liquidity to shareholders and future expansion capital.
Cerenade leads the way in providing a broad range of eForms solutions to enterprises, law firms, government organizations and individuals. The company’s software solutions allow users to streamline immigration eForms-centric business processes while also enabling the legal community and local governments to optimize operations. “We are excited to by the opportunity to provide liquidity to our existing shareholders who have been with us as we have grown the company from the earliest days as well as to bring on a new partner that can provide additional expertise into our market and additional capital for future growth,” Phillip Yadidian, Cerenade’s CEO and co-founder, said. “With the influx of fresh capital and fresh ideas, we believe we can deliver an even better user experience for our customers and continue to augment our organic sales growth.”
Leonis Partners, a New York-based investment bank, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Cerenade.
